Subject arithmetic exception, numeric overflow, or string truncation Cannot transliterate character between character sets

Im getting this in the FB provider but only on my server. On all dev
machines it works fine. I cannot determine what is causing it. The DB is
unicode, and locally I can put in any language I want.
